Banana pancakes

Although, this meal can be eaten as breakfast, it could also go for dinner since it is a sweet dish.
Ingredients
3 medium sized bananas (mashed)
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar (granulated)
2 tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 medium size egg
½ bottle vegetable oil
1 cup low fat milk
½ cup maple syrup

Method
Wash, peel and blend banana. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt thoroughly. Pour the blended banana into a bowl, whisk in milk, margarine and eggs until well blended, then add the flour mixture and mix well.
Heat frying pan and grease lightly with vegetable oil. Drop mixture gently with a cooking spoon and leave until bubbles appear and edges are brown. Flip pancakes over until brown and remove.
Serve pancakes with maple syrup.

Note- You can also do this your own way using your preferred ingredients too. Just make sure, it is yummy, yummy and yummy!!!
